aMAZING SUMMER WE HAD AND NOW FALL IS HERE. ONE OF OUR FAVORITE TIMES. THE COLORS ARE AMAZING AND THE HERONS AND EGRETS ARE STANDING TALL ON THE PILES OF FLOATING KELP. THROUGH THE SEA CAVES AT LITTLE RIVER THE SOUNDS SERENADE US AND BRING US PEACE. IT IS A MAGICAL TRIP AND THIS IS WHY SO MANY HAVE PADDLED WITH US THIS SEASON. Best paddling/Historical Location/Fun, Fun, Fun

We are in the swing of the best time to paddle. We are seeing pelican and sea lions feed everyday, hunting osprey, harbour seals and more. everyday is amazing. this location is so historical. Check out this photo of the bay back in the logging days. We launch right here and go through this headland pictured. So cool. Kayak Mendocino is so happy to share this journey with everyone and we hope you can make it on on of our sea cave tours soon. Dylan my 7 month old son has been out twice now and loves it as well. Still a little time until he paddles, but I will be patient with him. Give us a call, and come check out the magic as we glide over the seaweeds and giant kelp forest, and go back in time to see the geology and animal life as it was thousands of years ago.

ok. our newest kayaker. Dylan has now been through the caves. this is how safe and protected and confident we are. amazing. only 6 months. These headlands and bays are so cool here in Mendocino, and especially at Little River. I am ecstatic with life and you too can experience this.

The baby seals and My boy Dylan are so similar in looks. Chubby and happy. Both Moms are taking great care of them and on our Sea Cave Nature tour you can see how connected we all are. it is amazing to weave in and out of the channels and see the seals going about their lives like they have for millions of years. Please do not be shy, or scared. Remember, all ages and no experience necessary are able to go through the sea caves here and paddle our guided adventures at Little River, 2 miles south of Mendocino. it just is hard to believe how good we have it at Kayak Mendocino. And best yet, is we get to take you through it and skimming across the surface. So many happy customers through the channels and caves at Little River this weekend.Lots of "wows" and smiling faces. Thanks to all our great customers. On this tour you will slow down and see how nature takes the pace of a normal crawl. Just the basics are necessary here, moms feeding young, eating and staying warm. The wildlife will take us back in time to an ancestral state.
